Marta Branquinho Garcia
Coordinator
Holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Católica, having complemented her academic training with an Advanced Management Program, a Post-Graduate in Marketing Management and a Post-Graduate in Human Resources.
In the past two years, she has completed the Chief Happiness Officer International Certification in Denmark, completed the Science of Well Being Program at Yale University, and became a Gross National Happiness (GNI) Facilitator.
She defines herself as a perpetual learner, and is passionate about people, but always with a strong business-oriented sense. Most of her career has been dedicated to the development of people through training, qualification, and outplacement in the job market, marketing and financial management of Projects, as Head of the Training Department at ISQ.
She was Senior Technician at the Ministry of the Economy, responsible for the Department of Training at ISQ, and Director of Human Resources at Queijos Santiago. She is currently Head of Administration and Finance at Oeiras International School. Furthermore, she is a speaker for Employee Experience, Engagement, and Happiness at Work. She also authors M magazine (Mulheres.com.pt) article section’s “The formula for happiness”, and is part of the Happiness Corporate Board, whose objective is to share good practices in happiness and well-being in a corporate environment.
