Launch of the Guardian Network in the Peneda-Gerês National Park

Business as Nature, with the support of the Vezeira de Fafião Association and the ICNF, is organising the launch session for the project ‘Network of Women Nature Guardians and Sustainable Development of the Rural World’ in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, which will take place on March 21st at 2.30pm at the Vidoeiro Environmental Education Centre (Gerês).

This project is promoted by Business As Nature and financed by the Environmental Fund/ICNF, which is part of the Women’s Climate Movement Action Plan. The project aims to promote the involvement and empowerment of women as guardians and defenders of sustainability in rural areas. In the Peneda-Gerês National Park, the Guardians Network has the Vezeira de Fafião Association as its local partner.
